Job Description

PGRS, Inc. is looking for a motivated and professional individual with a proven track record in quota-driven sales wanting to earn $65K plus, many make a six figure income. As an Outside Sales Rep with PGRS, you will work for an established, highly reputable company that continues to experience tremendous growth. 

Industry experience not required…we provide all the necessary training.

What you need to succeed

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will generate roofing and exterior renovation contract sales by offering potential customers a no-cost, no-obligation inspection and assistance in the navigation of the insurance claim process. The key to success as an Outside Sales Rep is a strong and enthusiastic commitment to prospecting and lead generation, organizational skills, and great customer service. You must be driven, self-motivated and ambitious in your pursuit of new sales prospects. It is also important that you are highly detail oriented and able to multitask and manage relationships with multiple customers at multiple points throughout the sales process. You must also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Your specific duties as an Outside Sales Rep will include:
Creating and closing self-generated and company provided leads. Meeting or exceeding sales quotas on a consistent basis. Managing client expectations. Managing client portfolio from the beginning of the sale to the end of the project.
Working with other Outside Sales Reps as a team to capitalize on PGRS' sales model.

Basic computer and internet skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors Ability to get on roofs at reasonable heights Ability to pass background check, driving check and drug screen
