Sales Representative

Technical Staffing Sales Rep Protingent, Inc., a fast growing Technical Staffing firm, is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to support our San Francisco office.
The job will be heavily weighted towards new business development and growth of existing client relationships. Daily activities will include both warm and cold calls, scheduling meetings and establishing value to accounts through relationship building. Will be required to seek out and gather details of client needs and coordinate fulfillment activities, including screening of candidates for submittal and all related documentation and follow-up. This position will also involve preparing and executing contracts and agreements, along with any related negotiations. Daily maintenance and effective use of our online client database tools will be critical. The Account Manager will be expected to aggressively and effectively use Protingent methodologies to add value to our clients in the marketplace.

The Skillset that you bring:



   »   Bachelor's Degree
   » Candidate should be a tenacious self-starter.
   » 2 plus years sales experience plus a proven track record of establishing accounts and maintaining strong sales growth.
   » Prior experience in technical sales, business to business sales, or staffing experience a plus.
   » Technical aptitude a strong plus.
