Duties: • Identify, grow and maintain business opportunities• Research industry to gain insight into the warehouse segment• Create and maintain prospect profiles in CRM systems.• Qualify Leads• Participate in professional warehouse and logistics organizations• Increase regional exposure of Hermann Warehouse company• Develop long-term customer relationshipsQualifications:• Excellent communications skills• Skillful in prospecting and networking new business development• Analyze business data to provide solutions• Strong knowledge of warehouse pricing• Skillfull in building a sales channel• Excellent Presentation Skills
