THE ROLE
Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility as Sales Executive is to increase membership and subscriptions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Selling directly via:
o High Streets
o Shopping Centres
o Venues
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
• Thoroughly explain the magazine content and benefits to ensure retention
THE PERSON
Whilst previous sales experience is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided, previous experience in working with the general public would be helpful. You must have a confident attitude, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive outlook and outgoing personality. You will have excellent communication skills and have a high standard of personal presentation, be ethical and professional with the motivation to succeed.
Our basic salary is £13,000 with an open ended, uncapped commission structure OTE £25,000aplus a fully expensed company car..
