Job description:
The marketing co-ordinator will be responsible for managing Candi’s outbound sales and marketing activity.  They will report to the CEO and work closely with the agency’s designated internal sales and marketing representatives and third party agencies to ensure the effective management of all elements of the agency’s marketing activity.
Key responsibilities:   
   » Ensuring that Candi’s annual marketing plan is effectively managed; including co-ordination of all campaign plans and assets and ownership of key activities.
   » Working with the agency and third party specialists to co-orindate the production of case study materials, outbound marketing campaigns, though leadership papers, showreels and awards entries.
   » Managing Candi’s social media activity, including development, updating and maintenance of the website, Facebook, Twitter and blog channels.
   » Working closely with the business development teams and the agency to provide supporting materials for all outbound marketing activity.
   » Developing and maintaining a repository of all agency brand and marketing materials and assets.
   » Co-ordinating activity with PR consultants as appropriate.

Experience required:

As a digital agency, the key requirement for this role is a passionate interest in and experience of all elements of digital marketing.  We need to demonstrate digital marketing excellence through the agency’s own digital marketing activity.
   » At least a couple of years of experience in a marketing role in a similar agency or in house in a hands-on, online marketing role.
   »   Experienced in digital marketing and a passionate advocate and practitioner of social media marketing and communications.
   » Proven capability to manage internal and external parties in the delivery of outbound marketing activity, both online and in direct marketing channels.
   » Experience managing the production of marketing materials and maintaining agency case study materials and content.

Skills required:
   » Educated to 1 st degree standard ideally in a marketing or digital related field.
   » A creative and proactive thinker, keen to share ideas and demonstrate insights.
   » Excellent attention to detail in all written and oral communications.
   » Experienced using web content management systems, writing / maintaining blogs and content in Facebook, Twitter and other relevant channels.
   » Good numeracy skills and ability to manage marketing budgets and third party suppliers.
Salary and benefits :
This is a fixed term contract (6 months) with potential to turn permanent. The role is offering up to £25k (pro rata), depending on level of experience.
