Key Account Manager London Private Healthcare, Wellness ProgrammesBasic Salary up to 50k, plus car allowance, bonus and benefitsOur client is a US based, accredited clinical laboratory focused on early detection, prevention and disease state management support within cardiovascular disease, heart failure and stroke as well as diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome and fatty liver disease. They offer a unique menu of clinical laboratory tests selected based on their ability to discern the information required to understand the patient's disease state.Their service is supported by the companys web-portal, .which provides access for both physician and patient to carefully designed and informative lab reports. This portal also serves as an effective communication and compliance tool for the companys health coaches who, in close collaboration with the physician, offer personalized coaching service to secure effective disease management and facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes and treatments.Successes on the programme in the US have been ascribed to the early detection followed by correct treatment supported by unique test panels and the proactive personalized coaching scheme.Our client has recently started working in the UK market and is looking to recruit a KAM to develop and grow their client base in the London area. This role involves working closely with private healthcare clinicians and large insurance companies to drive referrals for their testing and coaching service.The KAM is responsible for: Growing sales in assigned territory in accordance with assigned territory quotas established by senior management. Sell services to major corporate clients Provide valuable sales input into marketing and promotional media with marketing team. Develop sales strategy for existing and future territories. Plan and implement educational programs for on products and services. Work industry trade shows and build relationships with key customers within assigned geography. Provide feedback to marketing and senior management concerning market dynamics and customer feedback within assigned geographical territory. Ability to work independently in as rapidly changing team environment with efficiency, accuracy and professionalism. Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and face to face cold calling of targeted physicians in our respective disease state markets.Our client is looking for candidates who have sold into major London corporations, ideally from the following backgrounds: Corporate HR dealing with Wellness programmes Corporate Financial/Insurance sales Private Health/WellnessYou will have the opportunity to call regularly on senior decisions makers and support the promotional effort behind the products.
