Due to the quick growth they are looking to recruit four graduates to join their team in the heart of London! The company provide things such as acceleration for applications, static and dynamic content, and media and many other services. They deliver functionality through business operations and a massive global network on five continents, including a significant presence in mainland China.

The company has a professional, energetic office with plenty of scope of progression; this role allows plenty of autonomy so a forwarding thinking and pro-active graduates are essential. The company is looking for leaders not followers and people who have real confidence in their own ability. The industry is growing at such a fast pace that all employees are very busy closing deals in a bid to take advantage and the graduates need to show they have the passion to survive in this environment.

The Role – Graduate Business Sales Executive

Our clients are looking for 4 graduates to join their dynamic sales team as Graduate Business Development Executives. The candidates will focus on generating business by identifying organisations that the business could be working with and developing those relationships.

A successful applicant will have a number of targets to achieve and will be focused on booking appointment as this is a client facing role, so each appointment you book you will be going out and meeting those clients. Although to begin with you will be accompanied by somebody more experienced to help train you on how to run these meetings. Obviously you will need to be pro active in contacting prospective clients and booking meetings! When you become more experienced you will get referred to different companies and you will have larger accounts to manage in the future.

Key duties: lead generation, cold calling, booking meetings, and attending meetings.
