Lastminute.com is the UK's leading travel and leisure website, attracting more than 1.65 million visitors a week. From theatre tickets and spa breaks to European mini-breaks and hotels, we provide customers with the best way to make their free time go even further - time is precious after all! So far the lastminute.com has been fast, furious and frantic and it doesn't look like it's going to slow down soon. Want to get involved? We may have the perfect opportunity.
As part of our growth plans for 2012 we're searching for a new CRM Digital Designer to join our hugely successful lastminute.com Marketing team in Hatton Gardens, London. As our brand spanking new CRM Digital Designer you'll play a key role in our UK marketing department and work across 3 brands for our UK and Ireland markets. We're not going to lie - this can be a challenging role so we're looking for someone who can keep up in a fun, fast industry and someone who enjoys the idea of working in a fast-turnaround environment.
You'll be responsible for implementing our CRM and brand strategy, working with our in-house marketing specialists to brief a suite of communications on a weekly basis and reporting and analysing future CRM trends. You'll also need to work with our existing trade and product teams to select and promote the best possible products for both our customers, partners and strategic objectives, so you'll need to be able to show a deep understanding of the customer.
As our shiny new CRM Digital Designer you'll also be responsible for managing a selection of CRM communications, namely working with our digital designer and copywriter to develop eCRM messages that are targeted to specific customers and to ensure the look and feel of our imagery is spot-on when it comes to reflecting our new brand guidelines and core brand beliefs.
You'll also need to work with our internal supply team and external partners to ensure we're delivering the correct product mix to each individual customer - oh, and you'll also need to work with our Marketing Manager to ensure that we integrate new strategies into our promotional mix; this could include DMS, SMS, APP development and integration with social media.
Core key skills like the ability to learn quickly, work in a specialist team and the ability to multi-task are essential to this role, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and keep calm under pressure.
Still with us? Great! To be in the running to become our new CRM Digital Designer you'll need to be educated to degree-level and have proven knowledge and experience of image and copy briefing. You'll also need to show us you have proven experience in proof reading and campaign planning and proven experience of post campaign reporting and analysis.
To really tick all our boxes you'll also have experience within a CRM role, experience of working with a 3 rd party retailer and knowledge of smartFOCUS or Emailvision. A knowledge of utilising dynamic content to provide increased segmentation and experience within client retention, particularly in the hotel and theatre industries, would also be a bonus.
Think you're the stand-out CRM Digital Designer we've been searching for? We want to hear from you!
