QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Personality: Upbeat, energetic. Communications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computers: Able to learn new applications quickly. A large part of this job requires working with computer software. Multi-tasking & Follow-through: The ability to keep track of multiple priorities and tasks, and see them through to completion. Demonstrated history of responsibilities. We are also looking for associates with the ability to speak, read and write in Canadian French.
DUTIES:
Make out-bound calls to your assigned customers. Always provide customers with timely, courteous service. Build and maintain relationships with customers by learning key contacts, asking for the order, following up on purchases and addressing any customer service issues. Maintain a rapport with assigned customer accounts to identify and address issues, concerns and additional revenue opportunities.
