Job Title: Field Sales Agent, Nationwide and London, £45,000 - £60,000 realistic OTE earnings, professional telecoms company Location:  The Field Sales Agents can be based anywhere in the UK although Head Office is based in London and Agents are currently working in the business areas and the city of London. If you are a self-employed sales agent based outside of London, other areas of interest include large central business areas such as Birmingham, Leicester, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bradford, Tyne and Wear and central Scotland.

Salary:              £45,000 - £60,000 realistic OTE earnings

Commission:      Uncapped commission paid monthly

Job Type:           Self-employed status working from a home base with flexible hours to suit

You will be selling a professional service and product that business customers want and need - no hard sell, professional and ethical, many Unique selling points and hard for clients to resist.

Job Description Responsibilities: 

   » Face to face visits to independent retailers and business premises for the purpose of selling low cost landlines and low cost call rates to business customers
   » Identifying decision makers and building business relationships to identify customer needs and secure sales
   » Planning sales routes and effective management of sales territory
   » Completing new customer contract documentation and liaising with head office to set up new accounts
   » Providing after care and customer care services to make sure the customer is happy and to network for further business
   » Liaison with Sales Director on a weekly basis (London agents will meet in person and outside of  London Agents can liaise on the telephone)

 Requirements of Job role:

 Skills and experience required: 

   » Preference will be given to experienced sales professional although professional, keen and motivated candidates who can show the correct attitude and qualities will be considered.
   » Must be able to demonstrate experience that is relevant to cold calling, business to business sales (B2B), telecoms sales, and product sales or similar.
   » Must be able to travel to suitable locations for making sales such as business centres, retail outlets, shopping centres, commercial centres etc.
   » Must be confident, outgoing and socially skilled to open up conversations and build relationships
   » Must be skilled in sales techniques and closing techniques or at least be able to demonstrate the aptitude for generating and closing sales with minimal training
   » Must be energetic and motivated to succeed and driven by success and financial rewards
   » Must be professional
   » Must be comfortable with being responsible for your own success and motivated by freedom to act and make your own decisions to create a successful sales patch in your area.

 Training/Induction: 

   » Face to face product training in the London region
   » Telephone training outside of the London region
   » On-going 2 monthly training sessions with a professional trainer
   » Weekly phone calls with the Sales Director
   » Flexible support as required

Interview process:

   »  Telephone interview followed by a face to face interview in London

 Start date for role: Immediate
