Online Media Advertising Sales Executive Southgate, North London (Zone 4, Piccadilly line) Salary - Up to £30k starting basic with potential 1st year OTE of £60K Start 16th July

My Client is Europe's No:1 online job board for Multilingual International Job Seekers. We operate over 30 international job portals across Europe and America offering comprehensive recruitment advertising solutions to multinational companies and agencies across the globe.

Due to expansion we are currently seeking energetic and success-motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful international sales team situated in our head quarters in North London.

The role is an inside sales position consisting of outbound calls to generate new business as well as account management of existing accounts. We believe in providing sales professionals the ability to build their own business unit and account base and therefore determine their income; as a result the bonus structure is uncapped.

Suitable candidates will be responsible for the entire sales process from setting appointments, to closing business, and ultimately managing their account base. We have an extensive support structure for our sales staff including a sales support team located in the UK.

Job Requirements:
• Outbound sales call - 80 to 100 calls per day
• Conduct consultative sales conversations over the phone
• Identify key decision makers inside companies
• Ability to form relationships with business leaders in HR from leading worldwide companies and agencies throughout the globe
• Leads will both be provided and self sourced
• New hire and ongoing sales training is also provided

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
• Ability to self motivate - high performance environment
• Previous experience in advertising sales and account management with proven track record
• Recruitment experience is a plus, but not needed
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly Excel
