Data and Personal Assistant in Brent

A multi cultural secondary based in Brent is looking for a Data and Personnel Assistant to start from September 2012 possibly sooner. This position is a temporary position with the view of it becoming a permanent.

This is a full time position in which the appointed applicant will need to update and input data, support the Human Recourse manager and provide Administrative support to the Associate Deputy Head and to the Headteacher PA.

The successful applicant must have practical experience and knowledge of data input, appreciate software programmes and have excellent IT Skills.

Interested applicants must be hardworking, highly organised, methodical and accurate paying attention to detail. You must have the ability to support data input and management, senior staff and prioritise a busy workload is essential.

If you have knowledge/experience working with SIMS, typing speed of 50 – 60 WPM and have effective communication skills please apply today.

My client is looking to conduct interviews in the 2 weeks, which will involve 2 forms tests and a face2face interview.

•You must hold relevant certifications if specified above or a minimum of 6 months previous experience working with children in a school or nursery environment
