Business Development Manager

JobServe is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and grow a large portfolio of existing key accounts with an annual value in excess of £1m. The successful candidate will have a natural ability to build relationships and drive revenue through a combination of up-selling and cross-selling a vast product range.  

Once the successful candidate has become fully integrated into the team there will be the opportunity to visit and pitch to clients face to face as and when the need arises.


The role:
. To successfully account manage, maintain and develop an existing portfolio of accounts with an annual value in excess of £1m
. Identify new contacts within existing accounts to develop into new areas of their business
. Using JobServe's innovative proposal document produce client presentations.
. Conduct online presentations to showcase our products and services  

The candidate:
. Experience of managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
. Ability to identify new business opportunities and and develop existing business
. Client facing experience would be beneficial
. Excellent communication and rapport building skills

Salary: up to £25,000 with an uncapped commission structure
