We invest heavily in buying current sales leads to enable our employees to focus on selling instead of self sourcing.Job Description* Targeting new business customers over the phone to build up your portfolio* Successfully manage all new business accounts won for the next 12 months* Identify client needs, negotiate and close deals * Researching, developing and maintaining business relationships* Writing sales proposals and presentations for online demonstrationsPerson Specification* Proven track record in new business development* Confident in making high volumes of outgoing calls * Able to take a consultative approach to selling* Excellent communication and listening skills* Any recruitment or online media experience would be advantageous We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission structure which realistically allows you to earn an OTE of £30k in your first year.You will receive full training and ongoing development within this role to enable you to succeed and progress throughout the company.
