New Business Sales Executive

JobServe is a leading UK online job board, specialising predominately within the IT market, however following our continued growth and development we now successfully provide over 17 industry sectors with our job board products and solutions.

This role will suit a sales professional who is able to hit the ground running and has a history of successfully building a solid sales pipeline.  We invest heavily in buying current sales leads to enable our employees to focus on selling instead of self sourcing.

Job Description

*  Targeting new business customers over the phone to build up your portfolio
*  Successfully manage all new business accounts won for the next 12 months
*  Identify client needs, negotiate and close deals
*  Researching, developing and maintaining business relationships
*  Writing sales proposals and presentations for online demonstrations

Person Specification

*  Proven track record in new business development
*  Confident in making high volumes of outgoing calls
*  Able to take a consultative approach to selling
*  Excellent communication and listening skills
*  Any recruitment or online media experience would be advantageous


We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission structure which realistically allows you to earn an OTE of £30k in your first year.

You will receive full training and ongoing development within this role to enable you to succeed and progress throughout the company.
