Lettings Services Company Business Development Manager North East - Newcastle to Middlesbrough Self Employed position. Commission Only - OTE £20.000pa Business to Business Sales
A national Tenant Referencing and Insurance company is looking for a self-motivated business professional to build up our market share in the North East. You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.

Your earning potential will be as good as you make it, as we pay top commission on all our products, plus it will also be your responsibility to retain accounts and therefore build up a solid income of regular commission, increased by signing up new accounts.

If you are proactive, self motivated and have the desire to succeed then this is a great opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding business in the property sector. You will be working hours to suit your lifestyle, whilst managing and developing your own territory. Also you will have the support of a Business Development Director, and an Agent Help Desk.
Full training will be provided supported by first class marketing materials and a portfolio of nationally recognised products.
What are we looking for in an ideal Business Development Manager?

Pre-requisites:

-Authorisation to work in the UK
-Car owner with full driving licence
-Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
-Access to a computer, printer and telephone, with broadband connection
-Dynamic, positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic
-Experience and demonstrable success in a B2B sales environment
-Highly numerate and literate

Desirables:

-Already working, or have previous experience, in the Estate Agency or Lettings Industry
-Experience in a B2B sales capacity within the markets listed above
