Customer Support Rep I

Position Purpose:     The primary focus of this CSR position at Shiffler Equipment Sales located in Chardon, Ohio is to handle/route incoming phone calls, processes sales orders, send literature and catalogs (& samples), handle expediting and customer returns including coordination with other departments through to completion of process. Assist Sales Team Members as required to achieve or exceed established goals. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is a non-exempt (hourly) position.
