Customer Service Manager - Selkirk // Scottish Borders Summary Customer Service Manager is a senior position in the company and applicants for this position will need to be able to demonstrate a number of years in a management role dealing with multiple concurrent work streams and assisting the Senior Management directly. You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of industry leading customer service coupled with achieving targets. Applicants must also have the ability to manage the bigger picture and the day to day detail is essential, as well as handling all in bound customer enquiries Experience and Skills Required Customer service/key account management experience (essential) People management and training experience (essential) IT literate, experience of CRM software and excel (essential) Track record of developing processes and improving customer service delivery Capable of working independently and to agreed targets. Able to work as part of a team and comfortable with a large degree of autonomy Strong time management and organisational ability Excellent customer service skills, particularly comfortable on the telephone
