Our client is a leading outsourcing company with an international client base from Telecoms to gaming and online service providers. You will working within my clients European Customer Service team acting as first point of contact for any Customer, Partner or Employee, providing support by telephone and email.
Candidates should have excellent problem solving, coordination and organisational skills to effectively interact with customers, educate them and resolve their queries and issues from initial contact to resolution.
You will be fluent in German, Swiss German or Norwegian along with English and have at least 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment (retail, call centre, support etc) You will be an experienced user of MS Office and the Internet in general, be able to multi-task, plan and priortise your workload and have strong communication skills both verbally and in written format.
» Basic salary £13,325 per annum gross equivelent to (€16,000)
» 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday 6.45am - 6.15pm
Relocation reimbursement package of up to €250 (Euros) available to cover costs of travel to the UK, In addition the company will pay accommodation for first 4 nights in a local city based bed and breakfast/hotel,
