Conference & Banqueting Waiter/Waitress (Casual Basis)

Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, is one of London's most prestigious five star hotels. Located on Park Lane it is a destination for both business and leisure guests. The hotel has superb facilities including 494 guest rooms and is home to Europe's largest hotel ballroom.

We are currently recruiting for well presented, friendly and enthusiastic individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join our Conference and Banqueting Service team on a casual basis.

Working within the Conference and Banqueting team as a waiter your main duties will include the service of food and drinks to guests attending functions, responding to any guest requests and the general care of the guest whilst they are visiting the Hotel. You will need a flexible approach to working shifts (mainly evenings), along with the natural ability to demonstrate service excellence to all of our guests and be motivated to enhance the Grosvenor House Hotel’s reputation as the number one Conference and Banqueting venue in London. Please note this is not a full time position and the working hours depend on the levels of business.
