Primary Teacher Year 4 position in Rednal Primary School

This one form entry primary school in Rednal are seeking a KS2 practitioner to cover their Year 4 class until the end of the academic year. The position will start in November and will run for the rest of the academic year for the right candidate. Anyone applying would be expected to take full responsibility for the class. You will be required to plan, prepare and assess the pupils and write termly reports. You will also need to attend parents' evening.

The school is one that I have recently started working with and has approximately 205 pupils. The Head Teacher is looking for someone who will follow their motto of "every child and adult should feel safe, happy and valued". You must be an outstanding, motivated individual who will strive to achieve results. The school received 'satisfactory' in their last OFSTED report, and are looking for someone who can continue, or improve, on this for the next academic year.

You will work in conjunction with a KS2 phase leader to construct a strong learning schedule for your 29 Pupils. You will work closely with a full time Teaching Assistant and a part time SENCO.

The ideal candidate will have UK QTS, excellent classroom management and have a friendly and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
