Caretaker/receptionist with accomm

Chelsea based position SW3 4DR
Duties: Cleaning of common areas in 11 flat block and reception of tradesmen and deliveries.
Hours 9-5 weekdays and 14 days leave per annum. 1 year sppointment od contract.
BENEFITS -Furnished lower ground floor 2 BR flat with patio area. Light and newly refurbished. Utilities and telephone provided (value approximately £36k.per annum) Also stipend at £500. per month. Would suit academic couple perhaps one child. Evidence of cleaning experience would support this application. Work permit or UK residency essential.
