Working with our Head Chef, this is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, service inspired individual who is passionate about translating ideas and concepts into a proven and popular country pub and restaurant, whilst training and inspiring others. The Muddy Duck is a fast paced, passionate environment with a unique culture and reputation. The successful candidate must demonstrate a similar aptitude - maintaining our high food standards, being an ambassador for excellence at all times, and be able to hit the balance between the demands of the business and exceeding expectations on quality. You must be self-motivated, whilst showing a willingness to influence and inspire others to ensure set up, running and closedown consistently meet the required standards. A genuine passion for food is a must, as is an exemplary knowledge of kitchen operations.
