· Have a good educational background and will be IT literate.
· Be enthusiastic about the job, adaptable, with good communication skills and have the ability to work well as part of a team.
· Be able to acquire, organise, promote and disseminate a wide range of resources to meet the diverse needs of the students and teaching staff.

Induction and appropriate training will be provided for the successful Learning Resource Centre (LRC) Manager candidate.
