Labour Hire Coordinator

Geelong based Permanent position Attractive salary package Based at the client site you will be responsible for managing the coordination of the labour hire workforce responsible for full maintenance. This will require you manage dual reporting lines; both client and employer requirements, to ensure that maintenance staff are available and rostered across multiple sites.

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced labour hire workforce planner, managing the recruitment and rostering of a large number of maintenance staff.

Because of the nature of this role, you will be required to be on call after hours to manage recruitment requirements and you will be responsible for managing inductions and OHS training.
