About The Opportunity:

Due to the continual success of the IT team, we are in the envious position of having the resources and stability to add a further 3 Consultants in newly created positions, to a team of 15 existing Consultants.

Working for the most profitable team within Robert Walters, Australia and working alongside the company's Top Billers, you will be given a Technical Vertical to recruit within (possibilities include Infrastructure, Testing, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing or ERP/CRM) across our Banking & Finance IT Market, there is a real opportunity here with which to become a top biller by developing your own market.

Each Consultant recruits both Contract and Permanent positions giving you the flexibility to build a strong contract base with continual revenue flow whilst enjoying the additional bonus of high value permanent placements.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful team where you will have the advantage of utilising existing business relationships with blue chip clients and leveraging off the globally recognised Robert Walters brand name when developing business.

There is no doubt that the position is a challenging one with a heavy emphasis on sales and building client/candidate relationships, but this also makes the job mentally stimulating and provides a working environment which is both fun and rewarding.

The Person:
Applicants must have had at least one year's experience in Sales and/or Recruitment and must be able to demonstrate the following attributes (amongst others):
   » A proven track record of bringing in revenue
   » A stable career history
