   » The ability to establish and achieve company sales targets
   » Tertiary qualification in appropriate field
   » Sound knowledge of the bearing and power transmission industry and in particular the company's product range.
   » Demonstrated direct sales experience.
   » Sound negotiation skills
   » Computer literacy
   » Administration experience preferred.
   » Professional telephone manner.

Key Areas of Responsibility

   » Maximisation of sales/profit opportunities by visiting existing and new customers to achieve or exceed Branch/Territory Sales/GP budgets.
   » Be customer focussed by maintaining a high profile with end users through achieving company call rates, targets and plans.
   » To sell and promote the full approved the company product and service range to fulfil customers' needs.
   » Generate sales by providing exemplary service, establishing and maintaining strong customer rapport and a professional corporate image.
   » Implement the company's sales strategies
   » Establish, maintain and achieve the customer call plan.
   » Activation of new accounts
   » Reactivation of inactive accounts.
   » Establish and maintain accurate and up to date client information for the company in a regular timely manner using the corporate CRM system.
   » Timely follow up of quotes with customers to generate sales.
   » Review marketing reports and create/modify plans accordingly.
   » Achieve and maintain agreed KPI's as per the company's contract customers' obligations
   » Participate and/or plan successful sales promotions
   » Correct and timely administrative duties and general housekeeping.
   » Operation and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
