Strong client focused role CBD location Competitive salary package Our client is a well known international blue chip' company who seeks to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner to be part of a strong Global HR team, working closely with the line managers for their dedicated client group.

The key focus for this role is to:

   » To be a business advisor to a dedicated client set, facilitate people related decision making and help to increase line manager capability to be more accountable for people activities
   » Serve as an escalation point for employee relations issues and provide advisory support to employees for complex queries, grievances etc.
   » Provide HR expertise and advisory on people management, HR policies, employee relations and remuneration
   » Provide input to and ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, practices, standards and procedures

This pivotal role will provide an opportunity for a highly capable human resources professional to impact the on-going success of the business.

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to be tertiary qualified and have HR generalist experience in a large corporate environment. You will be comfortable working in a role that has provided HR operational support and you will have been described as taking a hands-on' approach.
