HRIS Reporting Analyst

Permanent Role Passionate HR Team CBD Location Are you an experienced HRIS Analyst that is analytical and enjoys reporting and data management? Based in the inner city and working with the broader human resources function you will be pivotal in the development and improvement of HR reporting ensuring reporting accuracy for executive leaders.

You will be responsible for administering and managing current HR systems and driving monthly reporting. In addition you will ensure data integrity and enjoy working to make process and system improvements.

To be successful in this position you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and have advanced Excel skills including creating pivot tables and v look ups. In addition you will enjoy data interpretation and analysis.
