Responsibilities include:


   » Documentation/Business Impact assessments
   » Define, implement and analyse change readiness assessments
   » Define and deliver change management strategy and plan
   » Assist with project issues and risk in relation to change management
   » Review documentation
   » Work alongside the implementation manager
The ideal Candidate will have:

   » Experience within Banking/Financial Services/Risk
   » Experience delivering change management initiatives
   » Experienced designing and delivering training, communication plans and presentations
   » Stakeholder management and networking
