Program Manager

Regarded by many as the most recognised and well respected within Australia's Financial Services Industry, this organisation is embarking on what is deemed to be one of their largest transformation journeys. As a result, we are looking to appoint an accomplished and well respected Program Manager to lead a major stream of work.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will ultimately be responsible for the development of detailed business cases from conception through to implementation and in turn ensuring deliverables are clearly articulated and meet expectations in terms of timing and budget limitations.

Managing requirements across a number of business and technology units, creating detailed solutions whilst obtaining buy in from key stakeholders is essential for success in this role, as is managing all project resources  to ensure quality outcomes in line with the PMO procedures and overall standards.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years as a successful Program Manager, delivering and managing projects within the Insurance Industry with budgets in excess of $10m. Ideally you will be Prince2 or PMBOK accredited and be able to manage senior stakeholders in a highly complex environment.
