One of America’s fastest-growing global B2B SaaS companies seeks a proven, hands-on Marketing Director to run their marketing department and drive double-digit growth. Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing and having several direct reports; this individual will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate quality sales leads for their mid-market business targets in the Mobile Resource Management industry.

The primary responsibility will be to create strategically sound and efficient marketing campaigns that generate quality leads in support of sales objectives to penetrate the mid-size and enterprise markets maximizing activity within a relatively small, high-potential target audience. Other responsibilities include hiring, managing and developing direct reports; developing and executing marketing program strategies, campaign planning and execution, budget management, messaging, communications, and collateral development, production, program analysis and metrics.

You will create and oversee online and offline marketing plans, tactics and components in outbound marketing campaigns including social media, SEO/SEM, email, direct mail, event marketing, trade shows, partner conferences, referral programs, PR/media relations and partner/customer promotions.

The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of management and marketing experience, including online, with a technology company - preferably a SaaS or software provider with proven results marketing to the middle market. You should be an excellent communicator, technically astute, familiar with online media, entrepreneurial, comfortable working in an informal, but aggressive and dynamic environment and willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is needed to achieve the incredible growth objectives.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• Minimum 10-12 years outbound marketing and communications experience.
• Experience targeting mid-size and enterprise markets.
• Successful lead generation experience with SEM/SEO, email, direct mail, PR and trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.

SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS:
• Strong knowledge of internet marketing including SEM, SEO, social media and web optimization.
