Advertising Agency Account Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Advertising Agency Account Executive to join a market leader in the online job board industry. Our advertising agency team is responsible for the recruitment needs of 1000's of companies, a high proportion of which are major blue chip clients with UK and international reach.  You will manage the relationships with the advertising agencies directly, understanding their requirements and the requirements of their clients, building bespoke advertising packages in order to maximise the response they receive from their advertising.  You will also speak with the end clients directly ensuring that they receive the best in terms of response and customer services, in addition to this you will approach direct clients who use advertising agencies to encourage them to advertise with JobServe via their advertising agency.


We have seen phenomenal growth within the advertising agency field over the last few years with spend increasing month on month. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Sales Account Manager who prides themselves on building strong customer relationships with an ability to bring on board new clients.

Job Role:
Generate, sell, negotiate, close and secure existing and new business opportunities through the advertising agencies Build relationships with customers at all levels; with direct clients and through the advertising agency Successfully manage a portfolio of accounts Ability to meet sales targets

Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge of recruitment advertising and advertising agencies would be an advantage Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people A proven track record in online sales Results driven and motivated Excellent relationship building skills
