Sales -INBOUND call center (DIRECTV, ADT, INT.)

REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidates must have:
-           Professional attitude and appearance
-           Strong phone presence
-           Confidence
-           Enthusiasm
-           Must be computer savvy
-           2+ year’s successful experience in sales.
-           Strong logic and rebuttals skills
-           Must be able to contribute to a positive work atmosphere
-           Call center experience is a plus
 
 
DUTIES:                    
 
-           Close sales for satellite, internet, home security, cable, phone, and other relevant services as available to each caller
-           Answer inbound calls
-           Follow call flow model
-           Fully explain all service details with customers
-           Use logic and rebuttal skills to become a top performer in the office
