An Early Years Teaching role has become open in a Warwickshire School. The role is long term starting in September 2011. You will be able to help young children settle into their educational career and give them the best start for their future. You will enable them to receive a good basis for their future education and help them along in their first few months of school.
The school is full of interesting and intelligent students who are hungry for knowledge. The school encourages each student to do their best through a variety of lessons and teaching methods which you will be able to add too. This will not only add to the development of pupils, but the school also. You will be aided in your Teaching by the Head Teacher and fellow staff who all share the same enthusiasm in helping the pupils achieve the best they can.

You will be required to have good communication skills which will help you to effectively work with both students and teachers to create insightful and thought provoking lessons. You will be required to plan each lesson in detail so all areas are covered and understood by the pupils, but in a fun and exciting way.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant teaching qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional teaching references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
