PURE NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - CLOUD/HOSTING SERVICES Location: London Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + £70,000 - £100,000 OTE + Usual Benefits Europe's leading provider of cloud computing and managed hosting services is looking for a Pure New Business Development Manager to proactively drive forward sales for their range of hosting and software solutions to SME and large corporate organisations.

With its enviable reputation for its Internet expertise and unique position within the hosting marketplace, the group wants a highly motivated, industry experienced, new business winner to join them at the forefront of the UK's technological revolution where it has stood for the past decade.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing, developing and winning new business selling shared, dedicated, managed and cloud hosting solutions. You will be experienced in the 360 sales cycle from generating leads and cold calling to presenting and closing at C-Level.

The position will appeal to someone with strong sales skills and strong relationship capabilities.


   » Win and manage Category A clients
   » Proactively source, build and manage C-Level Relationships
   » Utilising existing networks and relationships to build new business
   » Understand competitors and introduce sales strategy to penetrate these potential clients.
   » Conduct account planning for major customers and/or prospects.
   » Demonstrable aptitude and track record in working in a collaborative/team environment
   » Up-selling & cross-selling other software services
   » Work to improve personal and group sales skills, industry knowledge and efficiency.

Required Skills

   » A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a B2B client facing new business reseller sales role within the hosting/cloud industry
   » Second to none sales skills (cold calling, sales meetings, price and terms negotiations, problem management, account management, account growth etc.)
   » Ability to work in a team or stand alone plus a determination and motivation to exceed targets.
   » Excellent communication and presentation skills
   » Ability to influence at all levels
   » Proven track record in sales
   » Excellent time management skills
   » Excellent telephone manner and client facing presentation skills (verbal and written)
   » Full UK driving licence preferred
