A consistently over-subscribed high school in the Salford area requires a teacher of History to lead, inspire and motivate its students to achieve success at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

The post would initially cover a 6 month maternity leave but may lead to ongoing supply work within that school. The ability to teach Geography would be an advantage though not necessary.

The school is situated in a leafy, peaceful area of Salford and has a wonderful community spirit. The school benefits from state-of-the-art facilities and a commitment to providing staff with all the resources needed to inspire its students to success. The successful applicant would enjoy the full support of pastoral staff and ongoing CPD.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant teaching qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional teaching references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
