Telemarketing Account Manager

My client based in the Blackpool Area is looking for a Business Account Manager and is based from the office. The role is focused upon developing new and existing customer accounts, all of which are B2B accounts with a view to either introducing the company or strengthening the existing relationship.

The client has said that they ideally wanted somebody who had some kind of Telesales or Telemarketing experience however they were keen to stress that this is a Customer and Relationship building role so equally as importantly was that the successful candidate had good Customer Service skill and an appreciation of Account Management.

Basic salary is set at £13,000 and the pay bonus in proportion to the level of business being done in your assigned and new accounts. From previous reference experience the team typically earn between £20k-£25k and this is without exception.
