As Ladbrokes continues to grow we are seeking a New Territories Development Manager to join the team based at our Head Office.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:

   » Assess, research and deliver new business opportunities for Ladbrokes globally
   » Manage the successful delivery of new business plans and products into new territories
   » Identify and exploit business opportunities to grow the business around the world
   » Develop an agile framework for project delivery into new territories
   » Manage internal exec board stakeholders by communicating strategy and performance

The New Territories Development Manager should have strong management skills, have a proven ability to deliver products and services into new territories and be able to demonstrate successful creation and management of an international strategy.

Solid communication skills are a must in this role as the right candidate will be responsible for building relationships at all levels including board level stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers, Internal services and Joint Ventures.

Experience of Regulated markets (particularly gaming) together with language skills (Spanish, French, German, Mandarin) will also be highly beneficial.
