A Coventry school is in need of a Humanities teacher on a long term basis from September 2011.

The school has an excellent Humanities department; each aspect of humanities is studied at the school and pupils enjoy each lesson to the fullest and work hard to thrive and achieve what they want to achieve in life. The school encourages pupils to develop their skills, which means teaching the pupils will be an engaging and enjoyable experience for both you and the pupils.

You will be required to teach across all areas of Humanities, including Geography, History, Citizenship and RE. You will need to create engaging and informative lessons that relate to current events to give the pupils a deeper understanding of the world around them by learning about it in their lessons.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant teaching qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional teaching references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
