Cover Supervisor

This school based in South London is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor for a long-term position starting in January 2010. The school has been noted as ‘outstanding’ in the most recent OFSTED report and the students' GSCE grades are improving year by year and the school has excellent facilities

All applicants must have experience working in schools at Key Stage 3 and 4. For this position you will be required to work 8- 5.30pm and will be expected to play a role in the new after school detention system. The successful candidate must also have:

-At least a years experience working in UK schools
-The ability to motivate young learners
-Excellent classroom management skills and be able to remain calm in sometimes challenging situations
-A good knowledge of the UK curriculum
-An up to date Enhanced CRB
-Eligibility to work in the UK
