Senior Solutions Designer - ITSM

- Permanent position - Macquarie Park - Competitive Salary - Excellent opportunity for career growth in New Business and ITSM My client is a Global IT Services company who have a dominant presence in the Remedy/Service Management space. 

They are looking for an experienced Solutions Designer to join their New Business team to be responsible for:
 
Providing technical solutions and cost models for projects.
Approving technical solutions and cost models for category 5 projects in peer reviews.
Providing presentations on technical solutions.
Providing input into client requests (Re-Bids, LOA, SOW, etc) and Bids.
Providing project plans and status reports as required.
  
To be considered for this role we are looking for a mix of the following skills and experience:

   » Strong communicator - oral and written.  Must be able to make presentations at any level of management.
   » Leadership skills - we are looking for someone who can pull together and lead a small bid team
   » ITIL knowledge - must be ITIL Foundation Certified and be at least planning to complete ITIL Manager's certificate
   » ITSM knowledge - looking for skills in at least one of the following technologies:  BMC Remedy, CA Unicentre Service Desk, HP Openview ServiceCentre,  IBM Tivoli InfoMan, IBM Tivoli Service Desk
   » Understanding of Desktop Support technologies such as BMC CM7/Marimba, Microsoft SMS/SCCM, Remote Management Toolsets and other interfaced toolsets.
