Web Developer

We are looking for a talented and driven webmaster to join our advertising team. You will be responsible for web development, SEO strategy and SEM implementation for multiple sites, which includes: • Website architechture and design 
• SEO technical analysis and evaluation
• writing, editing and optimizing content
• back link strategy and implementation
• optimizing sites/pages for better conversion
• keyword discovery and expansion
• incorporating social media in SEO strategy
• Maintain effective SEM campaigns

Requirements

The right person for this job will have:
• an intimate understanding of SEO practices, search engine algorithms and the latest industry trends
• a proven history of significantly increasing organic traffic to websites
• at least 3 years previous online marketing experience
• extensive understanding of analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Google, Yahoo Webmaster tools
• the ability to measure and report SEO metrics
• the ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
• the ability and eagerness to accommodate evolving responsibilities

You don't jump on bandwagons. You rely on your tried-and-true practices to carry your sites forward. At the same time, you're constantly testing new techniques. You determine which practices bring SEO success by analyzing your own metrics. You know your job is never done and you expect your sites to maintain constant growth. You also know your job doesn't end with getting traffic to the site. You understand how people use websites and you know how to optimize a page to enhance user experience and conversion. You can easily recall specific examples of how you relate to the above descriptions.
