Graduate Trainee/Energy Efficiency Advisor

Due to increasing concern over rising fuel prices and climate change people are becoming more aware of their personal Carbon Footprint. Home Insulation has been proven to be the number one way of reducing heating bills whilst also reducing the Carbon Emissions of the property.

LCS have been involved with the largest Home Insulation organisation in the UK for the past year and our results have
been phenomenal.
Following our success with the Home Insulation Scheme we will be branching into the Renewable Energy Market before the
turn of the year whilst still maintaining growth with our current services.

Due to our proven and measurable results we have the exciting opportunity to expand into America and we will be opening
an office in New York City this Summer. If you are excited about taking the first steps towards a career path and are

We are looking for people who are self -motivated, ambitious and passionate to work with our Home Insulation campaign to
help make our goals achievable. As a trained Surveyor you will visit potential customers in their home and carry out
checks on the property to determine whether it is suitable to have cavity wall or loft insulation installed.

Applicants must be:

Professional

Have the ability to learn at an extremely fast pace

Have excellent communication skills

Be a team player

Experience is not necessary as full product training will be provided, however a Degree or practical experience relevant
to this industry would be a great advantage.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to client demand applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be able to commute to Newcastle City
Centre daily. Compensation is paid solely on successful customer approvals, therefore the harder you work, the more you
can earn!
