IT Contract Recruitment Consultant Templeton & Partners Ltd - London, United Kingdom Job Description We are looking for someone to join our winning team. You have a choice of delivering to our existing accounts OR doing new business recruitment OR being a billing manager. We do 20% of our business in the UK and 80% in Europe and the Far East. The types of candidates are high level niche skilled IT contractors with skills such as SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Banking packages and Telecoms packages. Our average deal size is £100 pd profit margin per contractor rolling and average deal length is 18 months.

If you are delivering to our existing accounts then you get 5% commission which equates to £100 commission per rolling contractor per month (or c £1800 per deal over it's lifetime) and this goes up to 10% upon hitting certain targets. As a new business recruiter you get 25% commission which equates to £500 commission per rolling contractor per month, but the basic is lower because you would be playing a higher risk higher reward game. In either scenario you would be able to earn £100,000 + pa as an overall income. Just by having 30 rolling contractors as an Account Manager who delivers to existing accounts and 15 rolling contractors as a New Business Recruiter. Billing managers also earn an override and have a realistic opportunity to become a Director. We do not micro manage on a KPI level but you do have a target of 2 deals per month as a New Business Recruiter and 3 deals per month as an Account Manager. We have a fluent (but friendly!) environment where we expect you to take responsibility to do the right things that will build a successful long term career for you with us. We have no thresholds and have excellent management support and a clear career plan allowing anyone to make it to the top. You can be based in our London office in Moorgate or our Amsterdam office overlooking Dam Square.

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven track record in recruitment, ideally in IT and/or Contracts.

If you speak another language such as German, Dutch, French or Chinese that would be useful.
