Primary Teaching Assistant

An OFSTED rated “GOOD” school in Bolton is currently looking for a Level Two Teaching Assistant to work in a year 4 class for two terms.

The position is full time and is to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate should hold a minimum of a level two teaching qualification and have experience with children of this age.

The class the successful candidate will be working in is very busy and has up to 30 children when it is at capacity. The school has a particular style of teaching and teaching assistant will often be asked to take small groups of children away for group learning sessions as well as working on a 1-1 basis with children of lower abilities.

Although the position is for only two terms the school have a history of recruiting permanent staff so this could be an ideal opportunity for some permanent work.
