CAREER TEACHERS - LOOKING OUT FOR YOU……….. WHO ARE WE? Career Teachers, part of the Career Legal group, are an established recruitment business with an excellent reputation throughout London and surrounding counties for supplying high quality temporary and permanent staff. WHAT DO WE DO? We provide supply teachers to cover emergencies, sickness, course cover, jury service, maternity leave and permanent placements. Assignments range from half a day up to three terms on a temporary basis. Career Teachers provides staff to primary, secondary and special need schools throughout London, Kent, Surrey and Essex. WHO CAN APPLY? Career Teachers recruit people who are fully qualified as either a Teacher (Cert. Ed, B.Ed, BA(QTS), PGCE etc.), or Nursery Nurse (CACHE, BTEC Nat.Dip, NNEB). All applicants should be professional, flexible and motivated. Overseas trained teachers will need to hold a degree equivalent to UK standard and a recognised teaching qualification from their country of origin. HOW DO YOU APPLY? To register with Career Teachers all candidates must complete an application form, provide a full C.V., two professional references, DCSF (formerley DfES)teacher’s number (where applicable) and a CRB Enhanced disclosure or Police clearance from country of residence. An interview at our offices is required where we will view and copy your original documentation. Applicants will be asked to provide a current passport and driving licence, in addition, confirmation of any name changes (marriage certificate etc) and proof of current address (utility bill/bank statement etc.). Career Teachers will undertake CRB checks for those applicants applying without an up to date check. Career Teachers is a committed equal opportunities employer.
