We are looking to recruit articulate, client focused UK consumer and Australian B2B telephone interviewers to work daytime and/or evening shifts in our friendly telephone centre, based in the City of London
Successful candidates must be native speakers of English, and must have a confident and professional telephone manner, with a can-do attitude. Applicants should also have great communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as full training is provided. Interviewers must be available for a minimum of three shifts per week.
If you are successful, your role as a telephone interviewer will involve carrying out customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of our clients.
