TNT Publishing is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We will ensure, to our best effort that the information you submit to us remains private, and is used only for the purposes as set forth herein.
General Information Disclosure
We do not disclose information about your individual visits to TNT Publishing, or any personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, etc., to any outside parties, except when the law requires us to do so.

Posting to Public Areas of TNT Publishing

Please remember that if you post any of your personal information in public areas of TNT Publishing e.g. online forums, chat rooms, the searchable CV database or Internet Profile, such information may be collected and used by others over whom TNT Publishing has no control. We can not be held responsible for any use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of TNT Publishing.

Use of Your Information by TNT Publishing

We only use the information we gather on TNT Publishing for the administration and management of your registration, responding to queries, the operation and improvement of the web site, fostering a positive user experience and delivering the products and services that we offer to jobseekers and employers. This information includes personal, demographic, collective or technical.

If you have so agreed when registering with TNT Publishing or subsequently, or if permitted by applicable law, we may use your contact information in order to send you email/sms/text or other communications regarding updates of the web site, such as new TNT Publishing opportunities and additional listings which may be of interest to you.
 
We will not disclose to third parties your personal information, combined personal and demographic information or information about your use of the web site (such as the areas you visit or the services you access), except as set forth below.

We may only disclose such information to third parties if you consent to such disclosure. For example, if you make your CV and/or Internet Profile searchable, then all parties with access to our searchable CV and/or Internet Profile database (or copies thereof) will have access to that database. You may make your CV and/or Internet Profile unsearchable at any time.

We may disclose such information to companies and individuals we employ to perform functions on our behalf including data processors and companies and individuals located outside of the European Economic Area. The functions performed on our behalf include hosting our web servers, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. These companies and individuals will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not share that information with any other third party or use that data for any other purpose. We will retain control of and be responsible for any information shared in this way.

We may disclose such information if legally required to do so, if requested to do so by a governmental entity or regulatory authority or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of TNT Publishing or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

Use of Cookies Statement

TNT Publishing uses "cookies" to help personalise and maximise your online experience and time online. Cookies are not used to run programmes or deliver viruses to your computer. CVs & Internet Profiles

As a career management tool, TNT Publishing allows users to create a CV and/or Internet Profile and store this on our database. There are several ways of doing this. You may store your CV and/or Internet Profile in our database, but not allow it to be searchable. Not allowing your CV to be searchable means that you can use it to apply for a job online, but employers and recruiters will not have access to search it through our CV and/or Internet Profile database product. Or, you can store it in our database and allow it to be searchable. If you allow your CV and/or Internet Profile to be searchable, then all employers and recruiters who register for access to our CV and/or Internet Profile database product will have access to your CV and/or Internet Profile. However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned and registering for the service, evades security measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently, your CV and/or Internet Profile. You may remove your CV and/or Internet Profile from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters who have registered for access to the database may have retained a copy of your CV and/or Internet Profile in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of CVs and/or Internet Profiles in these instances.

CVs and/or Internet Profiles created and/or posted on TNT Publishing must not include any contact details, whether it be yours, a referee to you, a previous or current employer; or any names, companies or organisations which you could be realistically contacted through.

If you use our facilities to build a CV and/or Internet Profile to put in our database of jobseekers’ CVs and/or Internet Profiles, then you will be providing us with personal data which we will use in accordance with this Statement. We strongly suggest that your CV and/or Internet Profile should not contain data relating to your (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union or political party (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings or (viii) age or date of birth. If your CV and/or Internet Profile does contain such data, then you agree that we may retain this information and use it in accordance with this Statement.

Privacy Commitment Changes

If we decide to change our privacy commitment for TNT Publishing, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
