Voice Application Designer/Aspect Unified IP Voice Application Designer with knowledge of Aspect Unified IP required to join my client, a Top 30 FTSE 100 company. You would be accountable for the production and delivery of voice solutions to support business requirements.

The role will involve:

   » Production of impact assessments, design documents, implementation and testing for all telephony solutions Call Routing & CTI including most aspects of Call Centre, VOIP, Voice Recording using a wide range of products from telephony vendors.
   » Development and deployment of 3rd party suppliers as part of the solution delivery to ensure services are provided in a timely fashion
   » Stakeholder management
   » Proven track record in a development team, delivering contact centre based solutions working with ACD, PBX and CTI technologies in a demanding environment will be essential
   » Knowledge of Aspect Unified IP is essential, knowledge of voice portal development is an advantage.
