Voice Application Designer (Genesys/Aspect) - to £50k benefits - Middlesex My client, a leading FTSE 100 company based in Middlesex are currently looking for a Voice Application Designer to join an expanding team at an exciting period of growth within the organisation. You will assume responsibility for the production and delivery of voice solutions required to support business requirements.

What are the skills required for this role?
Proven ability to deliver contact centre based solutions
ACD, PBX, CTI
Genesys, Avaya, Aspect product sets
Aspect Unified IP or Voice Portal development is advantageous
Web based technologies (XML, VXML)
Genesys support/development
Contact centre support

The successful candidate should be a strong and dedicated team player, and where the focus is currently on Genesys their is a real drive towards expanding into Aspect Unified IP. Suitable candidates with this experience are highly sought after, however strong proficiency in other areas will be taken into consideration also.
